SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order online.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
B&G is not responsible for packages damaged or lost in transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
