We want you to be fully satisfied with your B&G purchase. If something doesn't feel right, you can request a return.

Return period

You can request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order, as long as the items are unused, unwashed and with all original tags attached.

How to request a return

Send us an email at support@blegant.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We'll reply with further instructions and the return address.

Conditions

• Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed and free of stains, odours or damage.
• For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few working days for the refund to appear in your account.
