External Measurements: Width 31cm Height: 22cm Depth: 9cm. The grab handles are 17cm from the top of the bag & the crossbody strap is adjustable up to 115cm.

Delivery times

Standard tracked shipping usually takes 7–12 days unless a product page or checkout shows a different estimate. Items from different brands may arrive in separate parcels.

You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Orders to the EU: import VAT and duties

Our brands ship from the United Kingdom. Orders delivered to EU countries may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and a carrier handling fee, which are collected by the carrier on delivery and are not included in our prices or delivery charge. These charges depend on your country and the items ordered.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your B&G purchase. If something doesn't feel right, you can request a return.

Return period

You can request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order, as long as the items are unused, unwashed and with all original tags attached.

How to request a return

Send us an email at support@blegant.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We'll reply with further instructions and the return address.

Conditions

• Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed and free of stains, odours or damage.
• For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few working days for the refund to appear in your account.
